Founded in 2013 by a butchers’ family with the same name, a few steps from their shop where you can buy delicious meats picked by trusted breeders and much more, Bifulco is a well-tended restaurant, both in the culinary offer and in the reception and environment.
On the menu, besides their good selections of cold cuts and cheeses, tartare and carpacciosand all kinds of grilled meats, each with a different origin and aging point, chef Luciano Bifulco’s creations. We liked the Controne beans soup with stuffed escarole, capers and olives, and the delicious Ziti alla genovese with Annurca apple and pecorino, or the Elephant ear cutlet.
