This is the creature of Ciro Coccia, a family of great pizza makers. Here the fried sfizi are a mandatory starter, from the classics to the montanara to the seasonal options such as the Frittatina with zucchini, provola and speck or the Potato ball with carrots and lemons.
Most of the vegetables – even those enriching the spectacular pizza «cornucopia» at the heart of the filling Dea Bendata – come from a local organic garden. Among the pizzas, it’s hard to choose between classics like the Margherita and some more original options such as the Procida, with fiordilatte, «pane» lemons, arugula, anchovy colaturaand pink peppercorn.
