Alessandro Rapisarda found a perfect home for his restaurant on the famous stairway in Numana. Less than 30 guests, all of them wined and dined in a cosy and familiar climate; this young chef from Marche gives voice to his love affair with raw materials, research and talent blending everything in his unique perspective on high cuisine. These first steps will lead to future success and to a passionate care for his region and its wonders. Fish, vegetable and aromatic herbs are his favourite ingredients.
