Tiziano Rossetti chose this little piece of heaven, already an historic venue in local fine dining, and brought it to life with his substantial food, so personal and Italian. In the heart of beautiful Urbino, within a portion of a rosy house, there’s the kingdom of this chef who came from Romagna and opened his tavern (but that’s just a name, given the level of the dishes) with just a few, well cared tables and a charming, picture-perfect little food court. He brought with him a rich meat-handling heritage and a passion for stuffed pasta, all of which you can find and taste on the menu.
