We always look for the perfect situation, a flawless mix of beautiful and good: all this is found in a brilliant investment on the shore of Fano, the Levante. The structure is impossible to miss, on a dock outstretched towards the open sea. The menu winks in every direction: the Cantabrian anchovies with salted Bretagne butter or the Smoked Icelandic salmon. Risotto with scampi, razor clams and saffron; Spaghetto with clams and mullet bottarga, together with the Paella and a cacio e pepe. Among the second courses a lot of Adriatic sea, like the small local soles, the brill and the red drum.
