The setting is one-of-a-kind: we are inside a museum in ancient Opitergium, among the walls and the artifacts whose story began in the Roman times. Here is the realm of Alessandro Breda. Experienced chef, he is the author of a constantly evolving menu. He knows how to leave a mark on his guests’ memory and imagination with his dishes made from classic ingredients and developed with a reasonable dose of creativity. Halfway between the mountains and the Adriatic Sea, he designed a menu that emphasized the beauties of land and sea alike. He loves to highlight those products’ flavor, thus the very few ingredients for each dish.
