The dining landscape in Jesolo has surely grown during these last few years, but at the top keeps shining the same star: Da Omar. The kitchen has been updated (though it still is Valli’s realm) with a couple of young but experienced chefs, while the dining hall is still run by the well-trained and welcoming Gabriele, with the patron Omar directing everything. Once again, this seafood bistro proves to be a reliable and tasty destination. Especially if you choose to start with a classic: the Grande Crudità, raw catch of the day prepared and filleted on the spot. Go on with the Potato cream soup with salt cod and bottarga.
