The menu triggers the guest’s curiosity, avoids clichés without looking for useless flourishes, is neat and modern. The ingredients are excellent and the flavors are sharp, like in the tasty Fried egg, served with a Grana Padano sauce and a topping of almonds and crispy pancetta.
