One of the most interesting news of these last few years. And a nice story too. Since 1999, Enzo Manias had been managing with his wife Rosellina this beautiful farmhouse. And he cooked. Their two children, determined to keep the family business alive, had their training in big restaurants. Then, 5 years ago, they told their parents they were ready to go back, as long as they would be free to cook as they wished. Mom and dad said yes. With the addition of Elena Falliero’s pastry, the new team set off to conquer its guests’ palates. Thanks to quality and originality, in a few years the kids have made a name for themselves.
