La Montecchia

La Montecchia, which has been a starred restaurant for almost a decade, became the center of the Green R+Evolution of the Alajmo family (also owners of the 3-starred restaurant Le Calandre): a project halfway between evolution and revolution, centered on home-grown vegetables, with a menu that joins experience and research. You will always find some meat and some fish, but the goal is lightness and a perfect blend with a peaceful environment. Among the dishes: Hot polenta purée and mushrooms with a ventresca and white truffle ice cream; Musetto and chestnuts ravioli with balsamic vinegar radicchio; Artichokes ricotto with aromatic breadcrumbs and bergamot pumpkin.
