Now this small jewel shines with many lights and offers its guests a journey through ancient and modern flavors. They still have the legendary Pappardelle with Muscovy duck white ragu, but also some creative dishes such as the Flowers, herbs and root vegetables broth with pancotto, rooster and grains ravioli.
