It’s been 43 years since mamma Elodia opened her restaurant, and 8 years since an earthquake took its walls away. Under her watch, her children Antonello, Nadia and Vilma, and now their nephews as well, successfully restored the original building, where they went back to host their guests with their distinctive style.
Nadia researched all the local products that faced extinction and the techniques which could highlight their best qualities. Here you will taste ancient dishes, designed and prepared with a renewed wisdom, together with new creations like the Maccheroni alla chitarra with saffron and porcini mushrooms, or the Deconstructed duck with licorice custard and berries.
