Look for the slightly disguised sign of restaurant Gambero Rosso and dine in this place run by the Sculli family. Every day they draw exceptional products from the sea of Calabria: Riccardo will prepare them with palpable passion, Francesco and Tiziana will present them with kindness and elegance.

The focus is based on the local region and emphasises its ingredients. The style aims at harmony rather than special effects: it’s intimate, minimalistic, neat. This is proven by the Octopus with tomato mayonnaise, stracciatella and basil, the Spaghetti with clams, date tomatoes, capers and powdered olives, the Grouper with leek, lemon and mullet.
