Era Pizza is the business adventure of Ivan Gorlani, an ice cream master who has received many awards with his shop in Brescia. However, he’s now convinced that he has to follow another dream too: he learnt some more, this time with regards to dough, and in June 2017 he opened his pizzeria, called Era Pizza, only a short distance from the cathedral of Monza. Here he offers gourmet pizzas of the highest quality, with delicious toppings and even more delicious dough, both in the classic version (with flour that preserves all the nutrients of the wheat, and long leavening), and in the special one.
