And then pastries, brunch and panettoni: a triumph of deliciousness that ends, finally, with pizza, which is perhaps the most perfect representation of the world of Sirani. Indeed, pizza here is always rich, opulent, both in its presentation and its toppings, with daring interpretations and the desire to surprise. There’s the one with mangalica and rosemary, the one with plum compote, chilli pepper tartare and anchovies from Nardin.
