It’s a nice new place in the culinary scene of Bergamo. The restaurant was born from the entrepreneurial spirit of a young couple: chef Cristian Fagone and dining room manager and wife Francesca Mauri. The restaurant is located in an old warehouse renovated with sober craftsmanship. The food immediately shows the strong personality of the chef who, despite being still young, appears assertive and sound in his search for unusual pairings, contrasts and acidities. What’s important to Fagone is to present ingredients in a pure way, without excessive adulterations.
