The Fiore project was born in a building confiscated to organized crime in the Nineties. The location is open and airy, with books in every corner or wall, because Fiore, on top of being a restaurant-cum-pizzeria, is also a place that promotes culture through book-crossing, that is to say the sharing of free books. For the pizza there’s a strict use of mother yeast in the dough, which leavens for at least 24 hours. Its fragrance, taste and lightness will surprise you. But don’t neglect the restaurant menu, which is significantly better than what pizzerias offer on average.
