A nice restaurant with a garden, suitable for every occasion. Nicola Locatelli and his brother Lorenzo are in the kitchen, in the dining room there’s Simona Pagani, Nicola’s wife. Every item is worth trying, but you must taste one the 19 risottos in the menu: one of the best is the first risottino cooked by Nicola, with pumpkin, liquorice and fondue of Provolone Valpadana Piccante. Every risotto he makes, he says, is a childhood memory, it reminds him of his mother who cooked pumpkins to make soup or risotto, or of his nanny who prepared rice with butter and sage. All these ingredients have been a part of his growth and are now a part of his cuisine.
