Cucina Machrì is a surprise: the unremarkable exterior is contrasted by the Mediterranean interior, with white tables and a wall on which the best vintages of small Sardinian wine producers are displayed. The menu honours the island with dishes that interpret both the local tradition and the creativity of the chef, what with meat, seafood and vegetarian notes.
The food recalls the nearby waves and wild herbs.
