Intention and determination. This is what made Simona Benetti reach her goals after she left her calm shop. Her passion for cooking prevailed and now it’s time for satisfaction. At first Battipalo was little more than an enoteca, with Gabriele Boggio who went in search of local raw materials.

But then Simona started to give new shine to her cuisine. Today the menu offers a small selection of dishes, and pays great attention to filled pasta and an original constant: for instance, you will always find the snails, prepared with a tempura of buckwheat.
