Patrick Ricci is an energetic man, the kind of person you either love or hate. He’s honest, like his pizzas. The names in his menu are intriguing. Patricia, who runs the dining room, tells us about the special dough for that night. The most memorable pizza is the Tonno & Cipolla.

It has nothing to do with the usual tuna and onion pizza you find elsewhere. The one Patrick makes is like diving into the sea in front of Favignana. Like a swim in the open sea. Saltiness and the sun in your eyes. It’s a pizza not to be missed. Filet of tuna marinated with citrus fruits, onion from Tropea, orange zest, Maldon salt and thinly sliced radish.
