Antonio Ziantoni’s restaurant is one of the most interesting new openings in Rome. The patron-chef is young but has already acquired significant experience. He can count on pastry-chef Christian Marasca and on his partner Ida Proietti in the dining room.
He’s created a nice project that starts “small” in terms of spaces and prices but aims high and thinks big. The menu already includes some “classics” not to be missed, like the delicious Panzerotti filled with rooster served with roasted tomatoes and powdered capers and olives, or the Lamb sweetbread with cardoncelli mushrooms and Pecorino fondue.
