Zuma is a brand of Japanese and fusion cuisine that has redefined the standards in this category and has branches in the most up-to-date cities in the world. It gives a European interpretation to the concept of Izakaya, the Japanese style of eating informal food at a low price.

In its various restaurants around the world, this concept has been interpreted with higher standards, with elegant settings and higher prices. The Roman restaurant is no exception. Try the Seared tuna with daikon, chilli pepper, ponzu, watercress, avocado, cucumber salad and wasabi or the Beef rib with wazu sauce and crispy garlic.
