Chef and owner Giuseppe Costantino turned his family’s trattoria into a restaurant where you can enjoy some perfectly executed, straightforward and convincing dishes. The chef proves to be one of the most skilled in highlighting the local quality ingredients, offering a clean, classy and full-bodied cuisine. Not to be missed: Chicken "Modica-way", with pepper and passuluna, that plays with texture and savory notes, combining the tenderness of the meat with the strong aromas of the typical black olives and the unmistakable taste of Solanaceae.
