She has no equal when it comes to interpreting traditional flavours in a sublime way. This is a small culinary paradise: Umbrine with late broccoli, crunchy bread and fruity oil; Lasagnetta aperta, with artichokes and pigeon; Risotto with radicchio, yellow pumpkin, chianina, Sagrantino sauce; Lamb roasted in the wood oven.
