Valeria Piccini is a woman who can tell her stories through a tortello, a mullet, a larded snail. At Da Caino, we are welcomed by her husband Maurizio Menichetti, in charge of an astounding wine cellar, and their son Andrea.

The sequence of dishes has to include some restaurant’s classics like the stuffed pastas, the Grilled wild boar with vegetables, the Pappardelle with hare ragu, the Chicken cacciatora bottoni with broth and redcurrant… In this heavenly Tuscan corner, every dish is a celebration of passion, with a chef that gives a piece of his soul at every bite.
