A small and cosy place, it’s the result of the passion and enthusiasm of the two young protagonists of this nice adventure. Friendly and kind, Marco Borelli and Silvia Antonazzo take care of the dining room and the cellar (there’s a very interesting selection), while Solaika Marrocco has fun in the kitchen, interpreting traditional recipes or experimenting the many variations made possible by local raw materials like tomato and critimo, a wild herb that grows on the rocky coast of Salento.
The Marretti glazed with beer with quenelle of onion jam with orange, critimo tempura and hop infusion are thrilling.
