Antonino Montefusco, born in 1984, is the chef of this culinary restaurant within the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria, historic luxury hotel that welcomes the élites from all over the world. In his food, we find constant echoes of the territory.

The bread variety and even the miniature pastries at the end of the meal are all excellent. You have to try the Caprese with mozzarella and Sorrento tomatoes sphere. Not to be missed: the Smoked and baked lemon on creamed potatoes and galanga, side dish of the John Dory fish. To make the experience even lovelier, the expertise of sommelier Natale Sicignano.
