La Madonnina del Pescatore

In 1984, Moreno Cedroni opened La Madonnina in Marzocca. He was determined to devote his whole life to his cooking, that’s passionate and pioneering, and has the same gentle quality in both sweet and savoury dishes. The dining hall is Mariella Organi’s realm: through her gracefulness, the guests are able to live a unique experience. Next to the chef’s classic dishes, his latest journeys: the King crab with miso-fermented cabbage and butternut squash sauce will blow your taste buds, as will the Moro, an Adriatic sea bass cooked in a curry and coconut sauce, spinach and a touch of basil.
