San Martino

You should really sit at the table with the Ros family, father Raffaele in the kitchen with his daughter Alice, pastry chef, and the other daughter, Greta, in the dining hall with her mother Michela Berto. In this white-tones and quiet environment you can relax, this is a decompression chamber for the stress and the tension that we collect day after day. San Martino is a fish restaurant and the Venetian lagoon is a few steps away: Linguine with oil, garlic and chili with raw shellfish are superb. But you will also find some original meat options: try the Roasted sweetbread with thyme, Marsala and artichoke.
