First butchery in Europe to be awarded a Michelin star, Damini & Affini has been taking care of its quality brand for four generations without ever changing its fathers’ line of work. Today, brothers Gian Pietro and Giorgio share the same passion: they run the shop and the restaurant, a star that keeps shining. Giorgio works in the kitchen, nurturing and updating traditions: we go from the Damburger cutlet with potato purée to the D-rib-eye Rubia Gallega, almost three months of aging, from the knife-chopped meat to a dish of maccheroncini with a destructured ragu.
