Gennaro D’Ignazio starts his day early: in the middle of the night, he’s already up and waiting for the fishing boats to return to the port. He then picks the best seafood and takes it with him to the restaurant, where his sister Loredana, with whom he shares the kitchen, is waiting for him.

This is the only way they can guarantee the highest quality to their customers, who made Vecchia Marina a place of culinary pilgrimage and know for sure that here they will taste one of the best seafood cuisines of the middle Adriatic coast. The long sequence of starters alone would be enough to satisfy them, thanks to the light hand that shapes the raw materials.
