After 25 years of successes around the world, chef Leonardo Marongiu has taken on a difficult challenge: he wants to do something for the beloved land where he was born. This is why he created Hub inside Progetto H, a social co-operative born in 1983 in the halls of an old fair that helps disadvantaged people find a job.
Hub is a sort of hybrid: at lunchtime they serve high quality food, but fast (though the gourmet menu is now available too); in the evening it becomes a gourmet restaurant tout court, where Marongiu makes his art shine.
