The dough is among the lightest available on the market; the toppings make use of carefully selected raw materials in nice pairings that work very well for instance in the Margherita Gialla (with yellow cherry tomatoes, provola and mint) or in the Magggica, with different types of tomato, anchovies, pine nuts, basil, oregano, powdered taggiasche olives and orange zest.
