The town theater in Porto San Giorgio opened in 1817, the neighboring Retroscena opened in 2018. On May 27, 2019, chef Pierpaolo Ferracuti and his wife Audrey Croccel, once pastry chef and now head of the dining hall, will celebrate their first year. At Retroscena they put their world on the stage. When they decided to open their own place, they picked their team before they even started looking for a location.
