Also, a place in which people can meet, listen to music, read, buy organic groceries or bread – the good kind. Michele is an instinctive chef that puts his feelings on the plate along with his memories and experiences, but with an absolute priority: the product, the ingredient. He believes in raw materials, small farmers, and quality.
