After they won the Premio Birra Moretti Grand Cru in 2016 this is a nice confirmation. Few people in Italy can enhance beer like these two young men, chef and co-patron of this establishment in Rome. The former was born in Salerno in 1987, the latter in Rome in 1984. Both have a brilliant future ahead.
