Born in Brescia in 1980, a graduate in Sociology, he first became a musician («Not very talented»), and then did social work, «but always with an obsession: cooking». Then at 35 he decided to turn this into a career: that’s when he found his vocation. Dina in Gussago, opened on the 17th November 2017 and has quickly become a "case": not just for its food, but for the entire culinary experience.
