Born in 1983, in Pesaro, in the Marche, Gianluca Gorini found his perfect dimension a little to the north, in Romagna. He’s the patron-chef in the establishment he runs with his wife Sara Silvani. In little over one year he has stood out on the national scene thanks to his strong but never excessive creativity, with dishes rich in complexity and personality. He serves them in a place where you can enjoy yourself as in few others.
