Born in Modena in 1984, now settled in Versilia. Cooking charmed him when he was only a child. When looking at his grandmother who was rolling out dough, he realised this was his future: first in London, then in Milan, at Carlo Cracco’s. He’s at Principe Forte dei Marmi since 2012. He’s a full member of a small group of young talents destined to follow today’s great names.
