The programme on Saturday 25th September will focus on the theme of the congress – Building a New Future: employment – in the lessons in the Auditorium. Prestigious speakers will share their experiences and ideas on how to create new opportunities in this sector: among the confirmed ones, Davide RampelloCristina Bowerman, Dominga Cotarella, Franco Pepe, the director of Wall Street Italia Leopoldo Gasbarro, Enrico Bartolini, Joe Bastianich. Two much awaited and popular sections will also be back: Identità di Pasta (in partnership with Pastificio Felicetti), where Carlo Cracco will open; and Identità di Gelato (in partnership with Motor Power), seven speakers and six lessons, with Martina Caruso breaking the ice and then Marco Pedron ending. Finally, in Sala Gialla 1, the first of three days of Identità Cocktail, in partnership with Bibite Sanpellegrino and Perrier.
