Oldani-Sasajima: again an unprecedented great event at Identità Expo. In fact each week Italian & International Best Chefs proposes a special event: a unique four-handed menu. Davide Oldani, born in 1969, of the restaurant D'O in Cornaredo (Milan) signs an original menu with the Japanese Yasuhiro Sasajima.
The Milanese chef is among the inventors of low cost haute cuisine or high quality bistronomy, that is the art of creating delicious dishes with poor ingredients. Sasajima, on his part, is the most Italian among Japanese chefs in an Italian restaurant called Il Ghiottone located in Kyoto, capital city of Japanese gastronomy, which has also opened in Tokyo a few years ago.
The price per person is 90 euros including beverage.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
