Andrea Berton, chef of the restaurant of the same name in Milan, is the protagonist of Contemporary Italian Chefs.
Born in San Vito al Tagliamento in 1970 he is one of the most renowned “Marchesi Boys”, chefs grown up under the teacher Gualtiero’s wing: he worked at Via Bonvesin della Riva, historical address of Marchesi’s restaurant, in 1989.
This has been one of his most important experiences. However, full success arrives when he is acknowledged two consecutive Michelin stars at the Trussardi alla Scala in 2008 and 2009. He left the helm of that restaurant in 2012 and 7 years later opened the Pisacco bistro with some partners and then the Dry. Stages to ease the way to Andrea Berton Ristorante, opened in December 2013.
The price per person is 75 euros including beverage."
