"Cocktail Gourmand": this is the title of today’s cooking class given by Maria Letizia Basani within the schedule of Identità Expo and with the contribution of Arte del Convivio-ConviviumLab.
Basani will explain how to prepare a perfect and original cocktail... And there will be also finger food recipes, little bites of heaven to accompany the drink. After leaving behind her a career as a lawyer in 2004 Basani started following her passion for cooking beginning her catering activity, organizing lunches, dinners and events for private individuals and companies. Since 2007 she has been giving cooking classes at Arte del Convivio, showing her skills in motivating people to follow their cooking passion.
Since 1999 the Arte del Convivio has had the purpose of making Italian and international cooking known thanks to the organization of training and specialization courses. Now it has established ConviviumLab, which thanks to the support of the best technologies organizes cooking shows, product presentations, team building events in the kitchen, dinners and tailor-made special events, photo shootings, and videos."
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
