Riccardo Felicetti is the new chairman of IPO

IPO - the International Pasta Organisation- seeks to promote the consumption of pasta across the globe and spread its culture.

As of 2015 the chairman of the association will be Riccardo Felicetti, current chairman of Italian pasta makers, who will replace the Brazilian Claudio Zanao.

"Representing the world's pasta makers - explains Felicetti - is a great source of pride for me, but also a lot of responsibility. Pasta is a global and highly nutritious food, and can play a key role in everybody's diet. I will therefore do my best to promote it and disseminate its innumerable positive values".
