The Kitchen Rebels arrive at Expo! VisitFlanders – The Flemish Tourism Agency presents Flanders through one of the strong points of the Belgian region: gastronomy. They do so by bringing to Identità Expo 4 prominent names in the avantgarde culinary scene: Thomas Locus, Tim Boury, Jan Tournier and Frederik Deceuninck, starred chefs and members of the Flanders Kitchen Rebels, the new generation that a few years ago began to bring local excellences back under the spotlight. Today, on 25th May, Thomas Locus and Tim Boury present a four handed dinner. Same will happen tomorrow, 26th of May, with Jan Tournier and Frederik Deceuninck.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
