A renowned Brazilian chef, Rodrigo Oliveira of the restaurant Mocotò in San Paolo is the protagonist of the week of Italian & International Best Chefs, the best chefs cooking at Identità Expo, and of the lecture open to the public today at 4.00 pm always in the building of Identità Expo. Today Mocotó is one of the most acclaimed restaurants of the city, gastronomical capital of Brazil. It’s all thanks to the chef Oliveira and before to his father José Oliveira de Almeida: native of Pernambuco, he moved to the metropolis where in 1979 opened a restaurant, the Seu José’s Bar, and became known for his Caldo de Mocotó. In 2004 his son, born in 1980, decided to start a new wave, with a growing success year after year.
