Amazing dinner with the Brazilian chef Rodrigo Oliveira and the Italian Cesare Battisti of the restaurant Ratanà. In fact, every week Italian & International Best Chefs proposes a special event: the guest chef of the Identità Expo kitchen from Wednesday to Sunday tests himself in a four-handed menu with a foreign colleague (or vice versa) thus creating a really unique meeting of styles. Rodrigo Oliveira is the chef of the restaurant Mocotò in San Paolo today one of the most acclaimed restaurants of the city. Battisti has made a name for himself in Milan a while ago as master of the kitchen in a restaurant which is now well-beloved by all gourmets. The price per person is 75 euros including beverage.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
