Loretta Fanella is Sweets for Kids!
ConviviumLab enlivens the Scuola di Cucina inside Identità Expo every Sunday afternoon: some of the most interesting recipes of Italian cuisine are the protagonists and are explained by renowned experts. That is the case of Loretta Fanella, great Italian pastry-chef that today has prepared an extraordinary pastry-making class for kids: Sweets for Kids. Since 1999 Arte del Convivio has had the purpose of making Italian and international cuisine known by organizing training and specialization courses. Now it has established ConviviumLab which organizes cooking shows with tastings, product presentations etc. It will do so also at Identità Expo.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
