Since 1999 the purpose of Arte del Convivio has been to make Italian and international cooking known through the organization of training and specialization courses as well as classes for curious and enthusiastic people of all ages. It has now created ConviviumLab which, thanks to the support of the best technologies, organizes show cooking, product presentations, dinners and tailor made special events, photo shootings, and videos.
Every Sunday afternoon ConviviumLab will enliven the Cooking School inside Identità Expo: some of the most interesting recipes of the Italian cuisine will be the protagonists. The second date is called “Sweet and Vegan, i dolci che ci fanno bene” (Sweet and Vegan, the sweets that are good to us).
Today’s teacher is Luisa Di Bella, natural cuisine chef following a bio-macro-vegan style.
Fine dining at Expo 2015 goes under the brand of Identità Golose thanks to Identità Expo, the event – created in collaboration with S. Pellegrino – which for six months will summon great Italian and international chefs to Milan for a unique, extremely elegant temporary restaurant. There will also be lessons, cooking shows, meetings, demonstrations... All this animating a rich programme of events (soon online), the result of the organisational effort and prestige of Identità Golose.
